This unit will help learners to develop the skills needed to successfully manage a budget. They will understand how to manage their outgoings and will consider the benefits of saving money.

This unit will show learners how to stay healthy at work. Learners will gain an understanding of the role they play in managing their health as well as the responsibility of their employer to provide a safe and healthy working environment.

• Know the sources of help and guidance for maintaining good health at work.
